We’re Pedro Alonso Studio. We make sculptural wall art. When you contact us or browse our site, we only collect what we need to reply, quote, and run the website safely. We don’t sell your data. What we collect (only what we need)
Contact details you share: name, email, phone, company/role.
Project info you send: measurements, images, mood boards, budgets.
Basic analytics (if you accept cookies): pages viewed, device/browser, rough location (city/region), anonymised IDs.
Support/communications: emails and messages you send us (including WhatsApp if you start a chat there).
We don’t ask for sensitive data. If you send it by mistake, we’ll delete it.

Reply & proposals: answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver work (contract/pre-contract – GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Updates by email (rare, tasteful): only if you opt in (consent – art. 6(1)(a)).

Clients & invoicing: up to 6 years (or what the law requires).

Who sees your data
Trusted providers who help us run the site and studio, for example:
Hosting/website builder (infrastructure).
Email (to receive and send your messages).
Analytics (if you’ve consented).
WhatsApp Business (only if you message us there).
They act as processors under contract. We don’t sell or trade your data.
International transfers
